Teen Runners
The Recreation Center once again will have a cross country program for 5th graders, that offers opportunities for runners of varied abilities. Our goal is to meet each individual “where she/he is” in their training and help them improve. We welcome everyone who enjoys running and who have a genuine desire to improve with training and in competition. 

Woodstock provides us with superb places to run. We train seriously, and we have a lot of fun. Throughout the season, as each individual works toward their goals, the team comes together to work toward a common goal, providing a network of friendship and support for all team members.

Practices
  • The team will meet at WUHSMS for every practice.
  • Kids will take the bus to the Woodstock Middle School and meet at "The Bowl" behind the school.
  • Practices will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 to 4:00
  • The Rec's XC team will run at the same events as the Middle School XC team so the meet schedule is the same.
