Scheduling Notice
Please note: Depending on weather conditions and coaches’ schedules, times and dates are subject to change. Please contact the Recreation Center for the most up-to-date information.
Refund Policy
- No late fees will be refunded.
- A full refund of the sport registration fee will be issued if cancellation occurs within two (2) weeks of the start of practice.
- After two weeks, refunds will be prorated.
- After four (4) weeks, no refunds will be issued.
Registration Deadlines
- Girls U11 (3rd–4th Grade)
- Girls U13 (5th–6th Grade)
Deadline: March 27
A $35 late registration fee will be applied after the deadline.

The Woodstock Recreation Center (WRC) is a participant in the Interstate Lacrosse Community (ILC), which follows US Lacrosse rules and promotes a positive, development-focused lacrosse experience.
Our goal is not an undefeated season, but to enrich kids’ lives through positive motivation, skill development, and sportsmanship, supported by outstanding coaching.

Program Details
Girls U11 – 3rd & 4th Grade
Coach: Lauren Matz
Practices: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Time: 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: TPVS
Girls U13 – 5th & 6th Grade
Coaches: Mallory Lewis
Practices: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Time: 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM
Location: TPVS
• Travel division competing against neighboring towns
• Season runs mid-April through early June
• Games may be scheduled Monday–Sunday, depending on field availability and travel

Equinox Shootout
The Equinox Shootout is not included in the regular spring lacrosse schedule.
However, Woodstock U11 and U13 girls teams will likely participate if families choose to opt in.
• Entry fee: $450 per team
• Cost will be split among participating families
• Participation is optional
• The tournament is intended to enhance player development and experience

U11 & U13 Team Structure (If Numbers Permit)
• Three rotating groups (Groups 1, 2, and 3), with two groups playing per game
• Some dates may feature two separate teams (White & Green) when back-to-back games are scheduled
• Families will be notified in advance of their child’s group, team, and game schedule

Additional Program Policies
• Each player will receive a game jersey, which must be returned at season’s end
o Unreturned or damaged jerseys will result in a $50 replacement fee
• Team placement (beyond age/grade division) is determined by the Recreation Program Director
• Players may work across age groups
• All girls are required to make lacrosse their priority
