Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All $5 application fees are non-refundable.
- If accepted vendors are unable to attend, a booth fee refund will be issued only if notification is received on or before June 1st.
- No refunds will be issued after June 1st.
This policy ensures that all booth spaces are filled and allows us adequate time to secure replacement vendors if necessary.
