How Pickleball Program Fees Are Used
The seasonal Pickleball Program fee is $100 for May–October — less than $17 per month. This fee supports the full operation, maintenance, and administration of the program so that our courts remain safe, clean, and accessible for all players.
Your fee directly supports the following:
Program Administration & Staff Time
- Executive Director creating and managing the online registration system
- Ongoing monitoring of the website and participant lists
- Bookkeeper processing all payments and maintaining financial records
- Athletic Director and Maintenance Staff handling daily facility needs, scheduling, and oversight
- Publicity and communication for the program
Facility Maintenance & Supplies
- Increased wear-and-tear from rising court usage
- Regular bathroom cleaning and restocking of all supplies
- Replacement of nets, balls, bins, and other equipment (typically annually)
- General repairs and upkeep to ensure safe and reliable play
Insurance & Liability Coverage
- Program-related insurance costs that protect participants, staff, and the facility
- Coverage required for public recreation programs and high-use facilities
Community Support & Compliance
- Staff time spent fielding and resolving all questions, concerns, and complaints
- Ensuring all community rules and policies are followed
- When necessary, obtaining legal guidance to address disputes or compliance issues
