This is a 60 minute, fat-blasting interval training class that will challenge your heart and soul. No steady state cardio in this class! We will alternate our bodies between intense bursts of activity, pushing ourselves into our anaerobic zone, and follow that up with less intense recovery periods. This is a 60 minute, fat-blasting interval training class that will challenge your heart and soul. No steady state cardio in this class!
