Pool parties are available during non-operating hours through the summer. The cost is $100 for two hours, which includes a life guard for the pools. Call well in advance for reservations.
The space available for use is the main floor, which includes the stage and open seating area. There are 100 chairs and eight 8 foot buffet tables. The bathroom is located downstairs. sage Fees: $150 per day use. Parties at the Theater are $30 per hour with a two hour minimum.
