If the WRC is required to cancel a class or program, either a program credit or a full refund will be granted. NO GAMES OR PRACTICES WILL TAKE PLACE IF SCHOOL HAS BEEN CANCELLED.If a customer cancels a program they have signed up for there will be a cancellation fee associated with each program.
