Day Camp Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Fee: A $25 cancellation fee will be applied per week, per child.
  • Notice Requirement: No refunds or credits will be issued without at least one week’s notice.
  • After May 1st: Any cancellations made after May 1st will be eligible for a household credit only (no exceptions). This credit can be used for future programs or memberships.
  • No Deposits: We do not accept deposits to hold spots. Due to high demand, full payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Why This Policy Exists: This policy ensures we can properly staff and plan our summer programs to provide the best experience for all campers.
