Vinyasa yoga is one of the most commonly practiced styles in the West. Sometimes referred to as "flow" yoga, this style focuses on connecting breath with movement and strength. A continuous dynamic flow of postures brings an energized and balanced effect that opens the body's subtle energy channels creating a sense of peace and harmony.

It is an intelligent and gradually organized course of Yoga, while connecting breath and pose. One of the goals is to create body, breath and mind.
